Till date MAA(Movie Artist Association) has not involved in any fight against Rosiah government. But now the government decision to allot land belongs to FDC to a private company has put them on fighting mode. Artists alleged that government has given the land belonging to film faternity to a private real estate company.
Agitated with state government move, the Movie Artist Association today tried to stop the Bhoomi Puja being conducted by Private Company. They had a huge dharna attended by several artists in front of the land.
MAA has demanded that the government must immediately cancel the allotment. The threatned to go on long term agitation, if government doesn't heed to their request.
